   The founder partner is the managing partner of the firm. He is in charge of corporate laws and audits. 
2. N. Srinivas:
   He is responsible for public sector units and bank audit.
3. P.S.R.V.V. Surya Rao:
   He is In Charge of the Head Office, He handles direct taxes, including international taxation, and assurances. He is responsible for all tax and assurances practice and consulting. He is also responsible for client relationship. 
4. V Appa Rao:
   He had been in service prior to joining the firm. He is responsible for financial consultancy services.
5. B.Venkata Rao:
   He is in charge of the Visakhapatnam branch and is responsible for all the Works in the branch. He is a qualified Systems Auditor and is responsible for Systems Audits. `
6. U.V.Rama Subba Rao:
   He is responsible for Internal Audits of the firm.
7. A.Srinivasa Rao:
   He is responsible for Statutory Audits and also for Data Processing and services business of the firm.
8. K.Ranga Swami Reddy:
   He had been in service prior to joining the firm. He is responsible for audits generally and client services in particular.
